Cancellation policy

  • To confirm your booking we need to receive the 50% of the total amount.
  • Full refund: You will receive 100% of the deposit if you cancel before 9 days prior to arrival date. 
  • The deposit is non-refundable from 9 days prior to the arrival date.
  • No refund will be provided for the bookings done within the high season ( i.e from 1 dec to 31 jan ).
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given.
  • There will be no refunds for early departures, medical emergencies, for breakdowns of any appliances, if said breakdown is due to weather or other conditions over which the owner has no control.
  • Minimum number of nights is 1.
  • No minimum advance booking period.
